Party Planning

Do you feel that? It is a case of the crazies sneaking up on me. With 25 days until Little Girl's first birthday party my mind is tripping over itself with ideas. You may not know this but I have been in bit of a craft explosion and this party is apparently fuel on that fire. Combine the craftiness, my time spent as an event planner and the genes I inherited from my mother and we are ready to plan a party.

THANK GOODNESS for craft days with friends because I am already planning to farm out some of my decorating ideas on them. Of course I will provide the supplies and liquor but they will provide the slave labor that gets it all done.

So what do you have planned you ask? I don't want to ruin the surprise, but I can tell you that there is fabric, tissue paper, balloons, ribbon, toys from Oriental Trading Company and a rabbit involved.

I know Little Girl will only remember this day through photographs and video and she will probably think I was nuts and/or she will know how much she is loved and how great this last year has been with her in the family.
