We went to the butterfly pavilion today. Crowded with field trip kids but still very nice.
My little man was braver than me and held Rosie the tarantula. My kids surprise me everyday.

These are really great pics. Do you have a macro lens or are you using the macro setting?

Those pictures were taken with my 18-55 mm lens in RAW format. I do have a macro lens but need to take it in to be looked at since it doesn't want to attach to my new camera with anything less than brute force!
We weren't going for trendy hair but I think he does look pretty cute. Not sure any of the grandparents agree :)
